Actually, I was looking for this information for 3 years!...now thanks to you, the manual is on my hands and of great help, cause I understand now where I was doing wrong connections and wires...excellent, I'll be back to you if in need, thank you.
This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.
Nothing wrong with the manual or the delivery - came to me the same day I ordered it. But afterwards I realized that I ordered the wrong manual. Probably better with the Quick start - version. So maybe it would be better if we could see a list with inhold for each manual before ordering?

To connect to your PC
1. Open the USB port cover of the right headphone. 2. Connect the Digital Audio Player to your PC using the supplied USB cable.
The operation indicator of the Digital Audio Player starts flashing.
3. Press
to permit the access to the Digital Audio Player from the PC.
When pressing the button, the non-protected files and folders are deleted. You can disconnect the USB cable before pressing the button to avoid the deletion of the files and folders.
NOTE:
We cannot bear any responsibility for any loss or alterlation to the files stored in the internal memory of Digital Audio Player or the external memory.
To transfer the music files
1. Start Windows Media Player 9 and click "Copy to CD or Device".
2. Select the desired music files on the left column of Windows Media Player 9. 3. Select the Digital Audio Player as the device on the right column of Windows Media Player 9.
Windows Media Player 9 detects the Digital Audio Player as "JVC_XA_A".
4. Select "music" folder on the Digital Player as the transferring destination of the music files. 5. Click "Copy" to start to import the music files from your PC to the Digital Audio Player.
The operation indicator of the Digital Audio Player is flashing while the files are transferred.
NOTES:
You cannot use the playlist made with Windows Media Player 9. You can transfer the music files to the Digital Audio Player by dragging-and-dropping the music files to the "MUSIC" folder in the Digital Audio Player.
