Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Adjusting Tone in MANUAL Sound Mode
1 Press the A.C.BASS button on the remote control until �MANUAL� appears on the display.
The indicator lights up on the remote control�s display. (If the step.) indicator is already lit, you can skip this

Press the A.C.BASS button for 2 seconds or more.
The following tone level meter appears on the remote control�s display.
(For 2 seconds) A.C.BASS button Bass level bar Fixed bars (flat level) Treble level bar
¢: Press to select Treble.
VOLUME +/� : Press to adjust the level.
4: Press to select Bass.

To change the bass level, press the 4 button. The bass level bar blinks. Then, press the VOLUME + or � button to move the bass level bar up or down ( in 3 steps each). To change the treble level, repeat above step 3 except for pressing the ¢ button.
To exit MANUAL sound mode: � Wait until the display automatically returns to the original one. � When no level bar is blinking, press a button other than the 4 and ¢ buttons on the remote control. � When the level bar is blinking, press the A.C.BASS or 7 button on the remote control.
Notes
� If you leave the unit for 8 seconds in step 2, the display returns to the original one. In this case, repeat from the step 2. � If you leave the unit for 16 seconds in step 3 or 4, the display returns to the original one. In this case, repeat from the step 2. � The tone levels set here is stored in memory.
