This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Kanalstufe
Da die Beschreibung der Kanäle des XR 684F und des XR 696F identisch ist, wird in diesem Abschnitt kein Unterschied zwischen beiden Geräten gemacht. Zudem umfassen die Kanäle 7-9 zahlreiche der hervorragenden Funktionen der Kanäle 1-6, sodass für die Kanäle 7-9 ausschlie�lich die Unterschiede beschrieben werden.

1. Mic Input: Symmetrierter, niederohmiger XLR-Kanaleingang, der für ein Mikrophon oder eine andere niederohmige Quelle optimiert ist. Stift 2 ist der positive Eingang. Auf Grund der Vielzahl an möglichen Gain-Einstellungen können Signalpegel von bis zu +10 dBV (2,45 V RMS) bearbeitet werden, wenn der Dämpfungsschalter gedrückt ist. Ist die Phantomspeisung aktiviert, liegen am Stecker +48 V an den Stiften 2 und 3 sowie die Erde an Stift 1 an.
