Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.
UTILISATION AVEC LE FOUR � MICRO-ONDES
UTILISATION DE LA CARACT�RISTIQUE DE D�CONG�LATION JET DEFROST
Vous pouvez dégeler des aliments en choisissant une catégorie et un réglage de poids. La caractéristique peut être utilisée seulement pour la décongélation très rapide d�aliments congelés dans les catégories de viande, volaille ou poisson. Utiliser la décongélation manuelle pour d�autres aliments ou pour des poids qui ne sont pas indiqués. La caractéristique JET DEFROST a des temps et des puissances de chauffage préréglés pour 3 catégories (voir tableau suivant). Pour utiliser la caractéristique JET DEFROST, suivre les étapes suivantes :

5. Vers la moitié du programme, le four donnera un signal.
L�indicateur affichera �TURN�. Tourner l�aliment et ensuite appuyer sur la touche START/ENTER. Si vous n�ouvrez pas la porte et si vous ne tournez pas l�aliment, alors le four continuera de faire un bip et continuera la décongélation mais cette décongélation prendra plus de temps. NOTES: � Si vous n�entrez pas un poids en moins de 2 secondes, la caractéristique JET DEFROST vous incitera à entrer un poids. Vous avez alors 1 minute pour entrer un poids et pour appuyer sur la touche START/ENTER. � défaut de le faire, la caractéristique JET DEFROST sera annulée. � Si vous entrez un poids plus élevé que le plus haut poids permis pour le réglage de votre aliment, 3 signaux sonores seront entendus et le mot �RETRY� (Essayer de nouveau) apparaîtra sur l�affichage lorsque vous appuyez sur la touche START/ENTER. Ensuite le poids mini� mal/maximal accordé sera affiché. Si vous appuyez sur la touche de la caractéristique JET DEFROST 4 fois, l�affichage retourne au réglage Meats (Viandes). Si vous avez besoin de plus ou de moins de temps pour la décongélation, ne pas appuyer de nouveau sur la touche de la caractéristique JET DEFROST. Appuyer sur la touche COOK POWER avant d�appuyer sur la touche START/ENTER. (Voir �Changement des temps de cuisson préréglés� à la section �Familiarisation avec le four à micro-ondes�.) Voir le tableau de la caractéristique JET DEFROST plus loin dans cette section pour les directives de décongélation pour chaque aliment. Pour décongeler les articles qui ne sont pas indiqués dans le tableau de la caractéristique JET DEFROST, utiliser 30 % de la puissance de chauffage. Se référer à un livre de recettes fiable pour des renseignements au sujet de la décongélation.
