This was a hard to find manual. When I did find it , some sites wanted way too much for the file.
Owner-manual .com had it for a really reasonable price. Not only that but it was sent very quickly and was a quality scanned document, unlike some others I purchased from a different site.

Emptying dust collector/ cleaning filters
� We recommend emptying the dust collector after each use, but no later than when indicator C shows red all over (with the unit switched to maximum suction capacity and the nozzle raised from the floor). If necessary, also brush dust from the collector filter. Figs. 1-3. Caution: open dust-collector compartment cover fully until it locks in place! After washing the dust collector, please allow to dry thoroughly before refitting. � If the suction power falls off noticeably even after the dust collector has been emptied (or if indicator C is red), rinse out all filters under hot running water. Allow to fully dry before refitting. Figs. 4-6. Replace filters if necessary. * depending on model
