This is a great manual. It was easy to read and very accurate. The size of the manual is small so email is no problem. I highly recommend it. The manual is very hard to find other than this website.
Whilst this is a photo copy, and some of the pages are a little askew, it was all readable and intact. A real bonus finding an old manual for a classic piece of kit that no other site had.

valves on the surface burners, insert a small slotted screwdriver into the hole on the valve rod and turn the choke screw to the right or left until the burner flame is adjusted to minimum. If the cooker is equipped with safety valves, the choke is not located in the rod hole, but on the valve body. For LPG screw completely the by-pass screw. Reassemble the parts following the same procedure in reverse.
Check that, when turning the knob quickly from the maximum position to the minimum one, the flame does not go out.
AFTER COMPLETION OF ANY REPAIRS, ADJUSTMENTS OR CONVERSION THE STATUTORY SAFETY TESTS MUST BE CARRIED OUT.
Stick the label supplied with the appliance (in the nozzles bag) onto the rating plate in accordance with the gas type utilised. The grill burner always operates at maximum and therefore no minimum adjustment is necessary.
