Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.
This manual is immaculate in it's accuracy. Everything is written very clearly and easy to understand. Written by a professional who wants to convey a clear and easy to understand message!!

Bedienungsknebel für Kochmulde
An der Schalterblende befinden sich die Schalt-Knebel für die vier Kochmulden-Heizelemente. Die Kochstellen werden mit einem 10-Takt-schalter geregelt (Abb. 3), wovon 10 Arbeitsstufen benutzt werden können: 0 = AUS 1 = Minimum 9 = Maximum Die Zubereitung von Speisen mit �l oder Fett wie z.B. pommes frites, darf nicht ohne Aufsicht geschehen, da �le und Fette bei �berhitzung leicht entflammen können.

Erst-Installation
Das Backofen-Zubehör vor dem ersten Garvorgang sorgfältig abwaschen. Nach der Installation des Backofens: a) den Temperaturwähler auf MAX (250) stellen; b) den Backofen-Funktionsschalter auf die Funktion Ober- und Unterhitze stellen ( ); c) den leeren Backofen einschalten für etwa 45 Minuten; d) dem Raum Frischluft zuführen (z.B. durch das �ffnen eines Fensters) Während dieser Zeit kann ein unangenehmer Geruch auftreten. Dieser wird verursacht durch Rückstände von der Herstellung und ist absolut normal. Wenn diese Aktion durchgeführt ist, den Backofen abkühlen lassen, dann denselben mit einem weichen Tuch, eingeweicht in einer Spülmittellauge, innen reinigen.
