Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much... But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings. I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS
� Die Installation und der elektrische Anschluss müssen unter Beachtung der Herstellervorschriften und Einhaltung der örtlichen Sicherheitsvorschriften von einer Fachkraft ausgeführt werden. Der Installateur ist für den korrekten elektrischen Anschluss und die Einhaltung der entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften verantwortlich. Bei der Installation muss eine Schaltmöglichkeit mit einer Kontaktöffnungsweite von mindestens 3mm vorgesehen werden, mit der das Gerät spannungsfrei gemacht werden kann. Das Gerät muss vorschriftsmä�ig geerdet werden. Keine Vielfachsteckdosen oder Verlängerungskabel verwenden. Nach der Installation dürfen stromführende Teile nicht mehr zugänglich sein. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für Personen- und Sachschäden, die aus der Nichtbeachtung dieser Anforderungen entstehen sollten.

Anschluss an die Stromversorgung
Achtung: Das Stromkabel muss ausreichend lang sein, um das Kochfeld abnehmen zu können; es muss so verlegt werden, dass keine Beschädigung oder �berhitzung durch Kontakt mit der Basis entstehen kann. Für den elektrischen Anschluss ein Stromkabel des Typs HO5RR-F verwenden, das der Tabelle des Produktangabenblatts entspricht. Anmerkung: Der Erdleiter (grün-gelb) ist an der mit dem Symbol gekennzeichneten Schraube anzuschlie�en. � Den Kabelmantel des Stromkabels (B) über eine Länge von ungefähr 70 mm auftrennen. � Das Stromkabel über eine Länge von ungefähr 10 mm freilegen. Das Kabel (B) durch die �ffnung in der Abdeckung (A) einführen. � Das Stromkabel in den Rei�schutz einführen und die Kabel entsprechend dem auf der Abdeckung angegebenen Schaltplan am Klemmenbrett anschlie�en. � Das Stromkabel (B) mithilfe des Rei�schutzes befestigen. � Die Abdeckung (A) montieren und befestigen. � Nach Ausführung des elektrischen Anschlusses die Kochmulde gemä� Abbildung in die Haltefedern einhängen.
