uncheck the Quick download box and click Start in the recovery window. follow the instructions to update the firmware.

when the recovery process is complete, click Close to exit the recovery window. click the hardware icon system appears, click OK. on the task tray* to stop and eject your psa. when
the message The Nike psa[128 Player device can now be safely removed from the
10 connect the psa to your PC to download your music again.
* for Win98 users there is no hardware icon
. instead, eject your psa when
has stopped scrolling in the psa display.
