Installation du pilote
Lors du premier raccordement de l�ordinateur au port USB de la chaîne, vous devez installer le pilote. Le pilote est fourni comme logiciel standard avec le SE. La procédure d�installation est différente selon le type de SE. Suivez les procédures décrites ci-dessous. (Voir aussi le manuel d�instructions fourni avec l�ordinateur.)

Suivez les instructions apparaissant sur l�écran.

Pour Windows 98 Deuxième Edition/Windows Millennium Edition
Pour installer le pilote USB

Démarrez l�ordinateur. Appuyez sur ?/1 pour allumer la chaîne. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur FUNCTION pour passer en mode PC. Raccordez la chaîne à l�ordinateur avec le câble USB (voir page 25). L�ordinateur détecte automatiquement la chaîne et commence l�installation du périphérique (pilote standard SE).
Les illustrations ci-dessus représentent des exemples d�écrans avec Windows Millennium Edition.
Remarques

� Le CD-ROM du SE peut être nécessaire, en fonction de votre l�ordinateur. Dans ce cas, suivez les instructions et placez le CD-ROM dans le lecteur. � Ne débranchez ni branchez le câble USB pendant la détection.
