Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Nach Möglichkeit das Stromnetz benutzen, wenn Sie wollen, dass die Batterien länger halten. Vor dem Einsetzen von Batterien sicherstellen, dass der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose herausund vom Gerät abgezogen ist. BATTERIEN (NICHT INBEGRIFFEN) 1. Das Batteriefach öffnen und sechs Batterien (Typ R-20, UM-1 oder D-Zellen, (vorzugsweise Alkalibatterien) einsetzen, wobei die richtige Polarität anhand der Symbole �+" und �-" im Fach zu beachten ist. Fernbedienung (nur beim Modell AZ 2025 inbegriffen) Das Batteriefach öffnen und zwei Batterien (Typ AAA, R03 oder UM4 - vor-zugsweise Alkalibatterien) ein-setzen. 2. Die Tür des Faches wieder anbringen und sicherstellen, dass die Batterien fest und richtig eingesetzt sind. Das Gerät ist jetzt einsatzbereit. � Wenn BATT LOW aufleuchtet, ist die Batterie erschöpft. � Der BATT LOW Indikator erlischt schlie�lich, wenn die Batterien zu stark erschöpft sind. Die unsachgemä�e Benutzung von Batterien führt zu austretendem Elektrolyt und korrodiert das Fach oder bewirkt Bersten der Batterien. Des-halb: � Batterietypen nicht mischen, z.B. Alkali mit Zink-Kohle. Nur Batterien desselben Typs für das Gerät benutzen. � Beim Einsetzen neuer Batterien nicht versuchen, alte Batterien mit den neuen zu kombinieren. � Die Batterien herausnehmen, wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird. � Batterien enthalten Chemikalien, weshalb sie vorschriftsmä�ig zu entsorgen sind. Benutzung des Wechselstromnetzes 1. Nachprüfen, ob die auf dem Typenschild auf der Geräteunterseite angegebene Netzspannung mit Ihrer lokalen Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Ist dies nicht der Fall, sich an Ihren Händler oder Ihr Kundendienstzentrum wenden. 2. Falls Ihr Gerät mit einem Spannungswähler ausgerüstet ist, ist er auf die örtliche Netzspannung einzustellen. 3. Das Netzkabel an die Steckdose anschlie�en, und das Gerät ist jetzt einsatzbereit. 4. Zur völligen Wegnahme des Gerätes von der Stromversorgung den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose herausziehen.
