This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

2. I bruciatori del piano di cottura
Il bruciatore del piano di cottura è dotato di una termocoppia di sicurezza (modello C 841 SA , modello CB 841 SA) Nel caso di spegnimento accidentale della fiamma (violento colpo d�aria, rovesciamento abbondante di liquido, ecc.) la termocoppia di sicurezza interrompe l�alimentazione del gas al piano di cottura. Ruotando la manopola sul simbolo del pannello comandi (fig. 8), si otterrà : Posizione �Chiuso� o �Spento�, nessuna erogazione di gas Massima erogazione di gas Minima erogazione di gas Usare il livello massimo per portare ad ebollizione ed il livello minimo per la cottura di alimenti a fuoco lento o per mantenere in ebollizione. Scegliere sempre posizioni intermedie tra i livelli minimo e massimo, mai posizioni tra il livello massimo e la posizione �Chiuso� o �Spento�. Prima di chiudere il coperchio del piano di cottura, aspettare che questo si sia raffreddato per non danneggiarla. Per accendere i bruciatori del piano di cottura Avvicinare una fiamma al relativo bruciatore, dopo aver girato la manopola sul simbolo �fiamma grande� (modelli senza accensione elettrica). OPPURE (PIANO CON ACCENSIONE ELETTRICA) 1. Premere la manopola e girarla verso sinistra fino al simbolo �fiamma grande�. 2. Allo stesso tempo, premere il pulsante di accensione elettronica (fig. 9) per ottenere delle scintille. Mantenere il pulsante premuto (5 secondi al massimo) fino all'accensione della fiamma (circa ogni secondo si genera una scintilla). Qualora il piano di cottura sia provvisto del dispositivo di sicurezza, mantenere la manopola premuta (con il bruciatore acceso) per circa 10 secondi per attivare il dispositivo stesso. 3. Regolare quindi la fiamma sulla posizione desiderata. fig. 8
