Regarding service information other than these sections, refer to the service manual No. YF005 (GR-D73US). Also, be sure to note important safety precautions provided in the service manual. NOTE : There are two types of VF(COLOR) ASSEMBLY used for this model: S type and K type. Prior to repair operation related to VIEW FINDER, be sure to see the VF(COLOR) ASSEMBLY and Parts List. Methods to distinguish the two types are as follows: 1. Distinction based on EEPROM DATA (EEPROM utility). (*1) 2. Distinction based on a part number of the MONI-C BOARD ASSEMBLY. 3. Distinction based on a sticker attached to the VF(COLOR) ASSEMBLY.
