This scanned manual is well done in that most all the pages except for one is straight and clear- the way I would do them. One page was upside down but that happens. For the money that is charged on this site you get a pretty good deal. Now with complex repairs, I still prefer to us paper manuals which I have to buy at stereomanuals but the one I got here was much less than the $45 he was charging but this is a larger than normal manual for three different units. I am a picky manual user because I have used original manuals from Sony and Teac.

I used it to repair a NAD 7030, but unfortunately, the 7045 is different !
But documentation was useful.

3 Take the new lamp out of the box.
Do not touch the glass portion of the new lamp.

Do not shake the lamp. Vibration can damage the lamp or shorten its life. Avoid touching the front glass of a new lamp or the glass of the lamp receptacle. This may reduce picture quality or lamp life.
4 Remove the outside lamp cover.
Release the two clamps as shown in the illustration below.
5 Remove the lamp door.
Turn the screw counterclockwise and slide the lever to the left. Remove the door.
6 Pull out the lamp.
Hold the indented grooves on the top corners of the lamp, as shown in the illustration, and pull the lamp straight out. If the lamp is hard to remove, pull the right side of the lamp for additional traction.
