I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. Adjusting the sound
You can adjust the sound characteristics to your preference.

Adjust the level.
Press + to increase the level. Press � to decrease the level.

Select the item you want to adjust.
Each time you press the button, the adjustable items change as follows: TRE FAD BAL
(treble) (fader) (balance)
Equalization pattern changes as you adjust the bass or treble.
Indication
BAS
Adjust the bass.
Note: Normally +/� button works as the volume control. So you do not have to select �VOL� to adjust the
volume level.
TRE
Adjust the treble.
FAD*
Adjust the front and rear speaker balance. Adjust the left and right speaker balance. See �What is BBEII?� on the next page. Adjust the subwoofer output level. Adjust the volume.
