Problem No power supply Causes The batteries are exhausted. The AC adapter plug has come out from the power outlet. The camera turns OFF during operation The batteries are exhausted. The battery runs out quickly You are using the camera in extremely cold conditions. Remedy Replace with new batteries. Plug the adapter back in.

I cannot format the SD Memory Card I cannot erase all the frames.
