This is a awesome quality scan of the original Service Manual for Technics 8099.
Contains the circuit diagram, PCB layout, adjust/tune instructions as well.
Since this is my first buy here, i'm really glad! This site do works as intended/described, it's definitely not scam!

No 5V YES NO Replace the F901. (Use standard fuse)
Is the F901 normal? YES
Is the BD901 normal? YES
NO
Replace the BD901.
Is the R901 normal? YES Is VCC(=13~18V) supplied to the IC901 pin5? YES
NO
Replace the R901.
NO
Is the D902 normal? NO
Check and replace the D902.
Is the D909 normal? YES Does about 2.5V appear at the IC904 Pin1? YES
NO
Replace the D909.

Replace the IC904.
Is the D908, D910 Normal? YES
