Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Appuyer sur CD. L�appareil se met en marche et la lecture du CD charge commence. En appuyant sur CD OPEN/CLOSE, I�appareil s�allume egalement et Ie plateau s�ouvre.

Verification du temps de lecture restant
Pendant la lecture, appuyer a la fois sur Ies touches EDIT/ CHECK et SHIFT de la telecommande. L�affichage indique alors Ie temps qui reste jusqu�a la fin de la lecture de toutes Ies plages. Pour revenir a I�affichage du temps de la lecture en tours, appuyer a nouveau sur Ies touches ci-dessus.
Selection d�une plage avec la telecommande
Appuyer sur Ies touches numeriques O-9et +10 pour selectionner une plage.
Exemple:
Pour selectionner la 25eme plage, appuyer sur +10, +1 O et 5. Pour selectionner la loeme plage, appuyer-sur +10 et O. La plage selectionnee commence et la lecture se poursuit jusqu�a la fin du disque.
Pour ouvrir Ie plateau, appuyer sur CD, puis sur CD OPEN/CLOSE. Mettre en place un disque, face tournee vers Ie haut, et refermer Ie plateau en appuyant sur CD OPEN/CLOSE.

Pour retirer Ie disque, appuyer d�abord sur s pour arr&er la lecture, avant d�appuyer sur CD OPEN/CLOSE. Pour charger un disque de 8 cm, Ie placer sur Ie cercle interieur du plateau. Ne pas mettre plus d�un disque compact sur un plateau. Ne pas incliner I�appareil avec un disque en place. Cela risque d�entra~ner des defaillances.

Pendant la lecture aleatoire, il n�est pas possible de sauter a la plage Iue juste avant au moyen de +4. Si, en tours de lecture aleatoire, Ies plages sent selectionnees directement a I�aide des touches numeriques, Ie mode de lecture aleatoire est annule. Lors de la lecture aleatoire, II n�est pas possible d�operer Ie �G 1�.
Appuyer sur +b.
La lecture de la premiere plage commence. Temps de Iecteure ecoule

Pour arrtiter la lecture, appuyer sur s . Pour marquer une pause de lecture, appuyer sur 1I. Pour
recommence la lecture, appuyer de nouveau. Pour rechercher un point particulier pendant la lecture, maintenir + ou appuyee et rel~cher au moment VOUIU. Pour passer au debut d�une plage pendant la lecture,appuyer plusieurs fois sur ou -. Pour retirer Ie disque, appuyer sur CD OPEN/CLOSE.
