Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Die automatische Ankochfunktion
Diese Funktion erleichtert Ihnen das Kochen. Sie brauchen während des Kochvorgangs nicht dauernd anwesend zu sein, die Kochstelle wird automatisch mit voller Leistung aufgeheizt und zur richtigen Zeit (siehe Tabelle 1) auf die von Ihnen gewählte Leistungsstufe zurückgeschaltet.
Automatische Ankochfunktion einschalten
1. Kochzonentaste (2) der gewünschten Kochzone drücken. 2. Mit der Plus-Taste (5) eine Leistungsstufe zwischen 1- wählen. Sie haben 10 Sekunden Zeit -8 um die richtige Leistungsstufe zu wählen. Nach 5 Sekunden erscheint in der Leistungsanzeige ein «A». Die automatische Ankochfunktion ist akiviert. Nun wird die Kochzone mit der Leistungsstufe 9 aufgeheizt und nach der angegebenen Zeit (s.Tabelle 1) auf die gewählte Leistungsstufe zurückgestellt. Beispiel: Sie wählen die Leistungsstufe 6. Nach 5 sec. schaltet die automatische Ankochfunktion ein. Mit dieser Einstellung wird die Kochzone nun 2.5 min. mit der Leistungsstufe 9 erhitzt und schaltet dann auf die Leistungsstufe 6 zurück.

Die automatische Ankochfunktion wird nicht aktiviert, wenn Sie: => mit der Minustaste (4) eine Leistungsstufe anwählen. => die Leistungsstufe 9 wählen.
