Great tape deck manual!
I'm very positively surprised, because it is a very long manual, lot of pages, drawings, diagrams, description of how to make the alignment and adjustment procedures.
It is as good as the old "Naka" manuals from the 1970's - if somebody have seen them, they know what I mean by that.
I recommend to buy this very much !

I am a vintage hifi collector. No way to fix that device without the appropriate service manual...thanks to your site I got it and every thing is easier now. I got the manual right after ordering: fast cheap accurate ... thank you

Good service manual,exploded view,adjusment and test point locations,head alignment,mechanical checks and adjusments,all perfect.
ADJUSTMENT
1. Tape Speed Adjustment Settings : � Test tape : TTA � 100 (Tape center) � Test point : Phones Jack (J101) � Adjustment location : SFR301 � Dolby<AE ONLY> : OFF � DSL : OFF � Tape selector : NORMAL (AUTO) � Volume : Non � clip (MAX � 10 dB down) Method : Play back the test tape and adjust SFR301 so that the frequency becomes 3015 Hz ± 10 Hz. Then confirm WOW is less than 0.50%.
2. Dolby Level Adjustment<AE ONLY> Setting : � Test tape : TTA � 200 � Test point : TP1 (LCH), TP2 (RCH), � DSL : OFF � Tape selector : NORMAL (AUTO) � Dolby SW : OFF � Volume : MIN � Adjustment points : Soldered patterns �~ � Procedure : Short the patterns via solder as shown in the table so the Dolby NR level is 32 mV ± 1.0 dB. Adjust so the specifications are satisfied in both the forward and reverse directions. Connect 10mF/16V coupling capacitors between test points and test equipment (connect the terminals to the test points). SOLDER PATTERN �~ � SOLDER POINT INCREASE LEVEL 1 only 0.5 dB 3 only 1.5 dB 1 and 3 2.0 dB 2 only 0.5 dB 4 only 1.5 dB 2 and 4 2.0 dB
